This is a suggested plan and may change. Join what you want — there is no pressure to do everything.
4/8 — Arrival day
Most guests from abroad arrive in Korea.
Use this day to:
- Get to your accommodation
- Buy / top up T-money
- Get SIM/eSIM sorted
- Rest after travel
- Get some food nearby
5/8 — Museums → Haebangchon → Itaewon
Suggested route:
- National Museum of Korea
- War Memorial Museum
- Haebangchon
- Itaewon
Transport idea:
- From Ichon Station near the National Museum of Korea, take metro line 4 for one stop, then walk around 11 minutes to the War Memorial Museum.
- From the War Memorial Museum to Haebangchon, walking or bus takes around 20 minutes.
- From Haebangchon to Itaewon, you can walk.

6/8 — Wedding venue visit + Korean BBQ
Plan:
- Visit the wedding venue area
- Korean BBQ dinner treated by Minji’s parents
- Visit Minji’s parents’ house for more drinks and fun
The wedding venue is about 5 minutes from Seohyun subway station. It may take at least one hour to get there from your accommodation, but there are subway and bus connections.
Max and Minji can meet everyone and show where the venue is, so people do not get lost on the wedding day.
Minji’s parents’ house is near Bojeong subway station, about 7 stops from the venue.
7/8 — DMZ tour
Many tourists visiting Korea are interested in the DMZ.
Max and Minji will be busy preparing for the wedding and probably cannot join, but there are many guided English tours for foreigners. These usually include transport and a guide. You can often choose a pick-up point depending on where you stay.

Important: the wedding night may be long, so save some energy for the next day.
8/8 — Wedding day
The wedding starts at 17:00.
Please arrive 30–60 minutes before the ceremony. Max and Minji may be difficult to reach during the final 3 hours before the wedding.
What to expect:
- The ceremony itself will be around 1 hour or less.
- Someone will guide guests on where to sit.
- Before entering, you may be asked to take pictures with the bride and groom in their waiting room.
- After the ceremony, guests will be guided to tables for food and drinks.
- Food will be delivered to the tables.
- Drinks are unlimited, including alcohol such as soju and beer.
- If you want more food or drinks, ask the staff.
After the wedding:
- The plan is to go for Korean fried chicken near the venue for more food and drinks.
- After that, there may be an optional trip to Hongdae for nightlife.
- Hongdae is one of the most lively nightlife areas in Seoul, with bars, pubs, and clubs close together.
- It takes more than 1 hour to get there from the wedding area.
- Since it will be late on a Saturday, some clubs may charge entrance fees.
- Card payment is generally accepted.

Max and Minji may stay up all night and catch the first subway, but everyone can choose how long they want to stay.
9/8 — Rest day + Gangnam + Han River
This is meant to be a relaxed day after the wedding.
Suggested plan:
- Sleep late
- Meet around 15:00–16:00
- Meeting point: Gangnam Station, outside Gate 2
- Walk around Gangnam
- Possibly arcade / karaoke
- Take a bus to Han River Park
- Chill by the river
Gangnam is full of restaurants, bars, and stores. Han River parks are popular for picnics, food delivery, and eating instant Korean ramyeon by the river.
This day is optional. Join if you have energy.
10/8 — Train to Busan
Plan: Busan trip for 2 nights.

Suggested train:
- Seoul Station → Busan Station
- Departure: 10:58
- Arrival: 13:42
Max and Minji may take a different train:
- Departure: 10:50
- Arrival: 13:26
After arrival:
- Meet at Busan Station
- Go toward the Airbnb/accommodation
- Lunch on the way
- Check in
- Beach time
- Rooftop BBQ in the evening
12/8 — Busan checkout → Spa Land → Seoul
Suggested plan:
- Check out
- Spa Land Centum City for around 4 hours
- Visit the large department store nearby
- Lunch
- Return to Seoul, arriving around 19:00
- Visit Namdaemun Market
- Visit Myeongdong
- Visit N Seoul Tower for the night view
Spa Land note:
- Around 165 NOK per person for 4 hours
- Extra fee for additional time
13/8 — Traditional Korea day
This will involve a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes.
